Real change starts with honesty, courage, and connection.
As someone who has navigated big transitions, new beginnings, and the search for meaning, I understand how complex personal growth can be. My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that we are all capable of choosing again—of building lives that feel more true. I bring both life experience and professional training into the space I hold for others. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I moved to the United States when I was 19. Like many immigrants, I arrived with hopes and determination, but also with uncertainty. The experience of starting over in a new country is complex. It teaches you things you didn’t even know you needed to learn—about yourself, about others, and about how to keep moving forward when everything feels unfamiliar.
I’ve worked in customer service, administrative roles, marketing—always searching for something that felt real, something that felt like me. I didn’t find it right away. But through all those experiences, I gathered something essential: a better understanding of people, and of myself. When I found this work, I knew I had finally landed somewhere that gave me a sense of purpose.
My relationship with trauma isn’t just professional—it’s personal. I know what it means to carry pain that doesn’t always have words. I also know what it takes to live alongside that pain without letting it control your story. Healing isn’t about erasing the past; it’s about learning how to live differently with it. And that process, while never easy, can be deeply meaningful.
We are shaped by the past, but we are not trapped by it. I believe real change happens when we take responsibility for our lives—with honesty, courage, and a willingness to do the work. It’s not easy, and it doesn’t happen overnight, but it’s possible.
This work is personal to me. It’s informed not only by education and training, but by life: by movement across borders, identity shifts, grief, resilience, and the long process of coming home to myself. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in connection, in listening, and in making space for whatever is true.
